Responsibilities: Ensure production targets are achieved in a timely, safe and cost efficient manner, all within the quality standard and in full alignment with company values.The job entails: coordinating the daily field activities requirement from the field service provider.Working with growers and local government leaders within the contract growing location for the production of hybrid seed corn.Facilitate seed grower contracting with input from the Field Operations Leader, Legal and Finance departments.Planning and securing field area requirements based on the volume plan for seed production; ensuring availability of resources (manpower, farm equipment and tools, facilities and raw materials) needed in the production of high quality hybrid seeds.Ensure the accuracy in the implementation of sound agronomy management in planting, fertilizer application, irrigation, weed, insects and disease control for maximum yield level.Ensuring Corteva quality standards of isolation, rouging and detasseling are implemented and met in close coordination with the Quality Assurance Leader.Scheduling and controlling harvest flow in close coordination with the Plant Operations Leader or harvest coordinator.Ensuring safe, effective and efficient management of field production processes in accordance to Corteva EHS&S policies and brand values.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in crop production, field operations, or agribusiness. Strong leadership and coordination skills. Familiarity with seed production processes and quality standards. Ability to work with growers, government officials, and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data reportingWorking Conditions: Outdoor – Field: 80%; Indoor – Office: 20%
