Field Technician

Responsible for performing on-site testing of soil, concrete, and related materials for road, highway, and infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements:

Field testing experience with construction materials such as soil, concrete, and aggregates

Background in construction, civil engineering, or geotechnical work

Ability to perform testing in outdoor and construction site environments

Knowledge of testing procedures and standards for road and highway projects

Preferred Skills:

EIT, ACI, NICTE, or MoDOT certification

Experience with field data collection and reporting

Familiarity with relevant ASTM and AASHTO testing standards

Responsibilities:

Conduct field testing of soil, concrete, and related materials to ensure compliance with project specifications

Operate and maintain testing equipment in field conditions

Record and report test results accurately and promptly

Communicate findings to project managers, engineers, and contractors

Ensure all testing is performed in accordance with applicable standards and safety regulations



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
