As a Spray Polyurethanes Field Technical Service Representative- Spray you will support the Site Quality Assurance Program and Training Program which ensure the highest level of quality material and workmanship to the end customer. **As a Field Technical Service Representative, you create chemistry by...** + Providing instruction of the various training courses to contractors in a classroom environment or virtually. + Delivering onsite, hands-on support, instruction and coaching to new and experienced contractors on the safe handling and proper application procedures of our products. + Educating our contractors in daily Health and Safety practices, to ensure that our contractors and end customers use our products safely. + Troubleshooting and solving onsite application problems with contractors. + Completing onsite project inspections as requested by contractors or others such as architects, engineers, building owners, etc. + Educating our contractors and therefore our end customers on new product innovations. + Collaborating with Technical Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to assist in the development, testing, and launch of new products. + Assisting contractors who may have issues with building officials. (Building Inspectors, etc.) + Providing written and verbal reports to all parties required, internal and external. **If you...** + Are fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. + Have strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. + Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Possess knowledge of the construction industry and polyurethane foams. + Are familiar with spray foam equipment and safety. + Hold mechanical skills and experience with dispensing units and spray guns. + Possess teaching and instructional abilities. + Have previous SPF contractor experience this would be an asset. **Create your own chemistry with you@BASF** At BASF, you will have the chance to do meaningful work towards building a more sustainable future. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $71,000 - $115,000 per year.
