The Field Tech Support /Jr. Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing technology projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring that IT solutions meet the company's strategic objectives. This position also requires effective communication with different departments to identify technology needs and propose innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. They will also be required to stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and advancements to implement continuous improvements in the organization's systems and processes.
Work Location: On site- Querétaro
Requirements:
Experience supporting users on the Windows platform Networking skills English required Knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration Hardware and software support (laptops, desktops, printers (basic)) Videoconferencing equipment Ticket registration (Service now)Activities
Contact with multiple users within the office, plant, and VIP users. It is essential to maintain good communication and interpersonal skills, and provide solutions or guidance with the support provided. Manage the inventory of accessories, consumables, and assets. Network: follow-up, escalations with the responsible person, configuration via phone calls with people from other countries, and coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation. Videoconferencing: system installation, account configuration, constant monitoring of videoconference rooms, coordination and support with suppliers for equipment installation. Perform timely equipment audits monthly. Compliance with SLAs. Ticket logging (incidents and requests) in English.
