The Field Support Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and effectiveness of our Facilities Coordinator (FC) team. This position is responsible for providing leadership, support, and guidance to FCs to enhance their performance, develop their capabilities, and achieve organizational goals. The Field Support Supervisor works in close partnership with the Regional Facilities Manager to lead and support the team, while also enhancing the capabilities of all FM group employees in their assigned region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for mentorship and development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
