Job DescriptionLead and develop the field service engineer team across Regional countries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimal service delivery within and across regionsConduct evaluation visits, monitor pilot projects, and guide customers through development stagesMaintain strong customer relationships and partnershipsProvide market insights and analysis to improve solutions and add valueSupport key field service projects and provide regular team performance reportsOffer customer support for installation, training, and troubleshooting of products and solutionsTravel to remote locations and overseas when required

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field; Master's degree preferredSolid experience as a regional lead in field serviceProven track record in leading successful field service projectsStrong knowledge of Automation PLC, RFID, and IoT devicesExcellent leadership and remote collaboration skills, with a focus on diversity and inclusionStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFluency in English, both verbal and writtenExperience with diagnostic apps/softwareSelf-disciplined and adaptable to changing work environmentsComputer literate with proficiency in relevant applicationsExperience in the apparel market is a plus
