As a Senior Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:
Ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method isnot viable. Communicate with various clients and must have goodcustomer service skills. Quickly adjusts to changing jobassignments/requirements.Under broad direction supervises and oversees the installation/pullingof (complex) ESP Systems, and associated equipment in offshore andonshore locations. Leads a team, attends pre job planning meetings,prepares for and supervises the technical service.Acts as on site Centrilift representative for communication with customers and accountmanagers. Completes all job documentation.Conducts a worksite reviewand debrief the internal team.Monitors, troubleshoots and testsdownhole ESP equipment including Downhole Monitoring Tools in order tomaximise well productivity and ESP run life. Sets up and startsCentrilift Motor Controllers and VSD’s.Electrically competent personnelmay be required to commission and maintain various types of surfacecontrol equipment.Provides on-the-job training to team members.Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSEpolicies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Two year Technical Degree preferred.Industry experience and product line training required in ESPWork in a way that works for you
