Main Purpose

Responsible for supporting Field Technical Operations, setting standards for improvements in Field Quality and Yield, advance Digitalization, and implement projects. This role also supports, conducts Root Cause Analysis for Hybrid Performances, promotes Field Sustainability, facilitates Workshops, manages the Help Chain, and supports/leads Field Optimization and innovation projects.

 

Your mission Will be to

Drive Seed Production Improvement & Team Influence:

Implement innovative strategies to enhance seed production efficiency and quality.Influence team members to adopt new methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Project and Technology Implementation:

Coordinate the introduction of new projects, technologies, and products, ensuring alignment with PR, Quality, APSe and Technical Committees.Guarantee agile technology adoption at the pilot stage and rapid integration into the crop plan according to strategy.

Manage Field Performance:

Oversee the Field Scoring and Field Estimations processes and information.Support the creation and monitoring of field production KPIs.

Provide Technical Training and Support:

Deliver general and specific technical training to the field production team and external stakeholders (Growers).Provide operational technical support to the field production team through frequent field visits.

Best Practicies:

Support the review and creation of SOP/MOC procedures.Foster the sharing of best practices across Commercial and PCM Field Teams.
