The Field Solution Manager will play a crucial role in bridging technical expertise with customer needs, supporting customer projects initiated by the Business Development team, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the Microoptics Automotive & Consumer division. This role involves providing technical support, assisting with the development of innovative solutions, and building strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to align technical and business strategies, fostering market growth in the region.
Main Tasks
1、Assist in the development and implementation of innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
2、Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
3、Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams and our partner network to align technical support with business strategies.
4、Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
5、Support the Business Development team in customer project initiation and execution.
Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering, or a related technical field.
2、Over 3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role within the automotive or consumer electronics industry.
3、Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
4、Native proficiency in Chinese and professional proficiency in English; German is a plus.
5、Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
6、Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
7、Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
