**Field Software Support Engineer (Digital Support Engineer)**
+ **Location:** Yongin Office and Field (mainly Yongin and Pyeongtaek)
+ **Coverage:** Software
+ **Clients:** mainly Semiconductor industry
This role is situated in South Korea, concentrating on **field software support** within Thermo Fisher Scientific’s customer service division. You will be part of a dynamic team ensuring flawless operation and outstanding customer happiness.

**A day in the Life:**
+ Provide on-site and remote software support
+ Troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine efficient solutions

**Qualifications and Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree diploma or equivalent experience required.
+ Over 3 years of professional experience.
+ Relevant experience in software support
+ Familiarity with workflow and factory automation
+ Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
+ In-depth understanding of digital software systems
+ Strong analytical and technical skills
+ Ability to strictly adhere to protocols and procedures
**Physical Requirements / Work Environment**
This role may involve travel and physically fast paced tasks, including lifting and moving equipment. You must be comfortable working in various environments, from office settings to factory floors.
