Desktop Support Technician – Paducah, KY A full-time Desktop Support Technician is needed to provide technical assistance across multiple counties in the Paducah area. This is an onsite role focused on delivering high-quality support in a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technician with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities: + Provide a mix of remote and onsite support for desktop and network systems + Respond to support tickets, resolve issues via phone or in person as needed + Troubleshoot operating system, email, browser, and connectivity issues + Support hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices + Assist with software installations, updates, and support for internal applications + Act as onsite support for remote infrastructure teams + Perform desktop deployments and upgrades + Maintain awareness of user permissions and basic network configurations Qualifications: + Extensive experience in desktop support within Windows environments + Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting + Familiarity with mobile device support (especially Apple products) + Basic understanding of networking, cabling, and server interaction + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Ability to think creatively and solve problems independently Travel: + Local travel required across multiple counties. A vehicle will be provided. + Must be comfortable with both remote and desk-side support Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
