Meet with Site management providing information and data on tickets, Service, Cybersecurity and Projects updates, will collaborate and being main point of contact for business and other IT Teams, they will supervise and lead a team of Field Service Technicians within their area of responsibility. This role will provide day to day direction to the local Field Service team. Provide exceptional customer service to site personnel while providing exemplary technical support. The role will support incident and request resolution to exceed SLAs, support the evolution of the client computing environment, and assist projects related to IT infrastructure to achieve business objectives. Support of this role includes regular day hours Monday through Friday and off hours support as required from time to time.** **What you'll do** : + Supervise and direct daily operations of the local Field Service team. + Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to site personnel. + Develop personnel upskilling plans, performance goals, and KPIs. + Serve as the main IT contact for local leadership, addressing needs and priorities. + Drive operational and IT improvements through project leadership. + Create plans for IT software and hardware lifecycle processes including ordering, forecasting, tracking, deployment within defined performance metrics. + Ensuring incident and request resolutions exceed SLAs. + Assist with planning and managing the Annual Operating Plan, including budget control + Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to align projects and business goals. + Provide and coordinate on-call support required as needed. ​ **What you need to succeed:** + 2+ years in team leadership supervisory role + 5+ years in supporting Manufacturing and Office environments. + High-level functional and technical knowledge of: + Microsoft Operating Systems and software suites + Mobile OS (Apple iOS, Android, Windows CE) + Zebra label printers and various print devices + Computer and mobile device support + Networks (LAN, VLAN, Wireless) + Broad IT knowledge, ITIL processes, and awareness of industry trends. + Operational Excellence: Root Cause Analysis, risk reduction, security, change management. **Why Work for Us?** **Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:** + You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.  With thousands of employees and customers around the world, there’s plenty of room to make an impact.
