This position for an experienced Field Service Program Logistics professional. Improves direct communications with customers and field team members. Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve moderate design/system related problems. Develops specialized product knowledge and may perform diagnostic procedures. May contact and meet customers on a daily basis.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Responsible for managing the end-to-end process of shipping, handling, and returning materials and products between the company and customer sites
+ Coordinating logistics, ensuring timely delivery and collection, maintaining accurate records of shipments and returns, and managing inventory control
+ Collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve any issues related to shipping or product returns, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction
+ Performs on-site services for new and existing clients, which may include equipment servicing and equipment upgrades.
+ Perform complex preventative maintenance, testing, repair, and calibration at customer sites
+ Serve as a Collins on-site representative while at customer locations, ability to travel to customer sites.
+ Perform technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements to ensure alignment with customer specifications
+ Keep customers updated on the status of services provided or any unresolved issues, and suggest system enhancements, upgrades, or repairs.
+ Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions to company or customer representatives
+ Assess product needs in accordance with customer specification
+ Maintain accurate tracking documentation in regard to test equipment calibration
+ Lead the submission of Ariba requests for the procurement of necessary goods or services
+ Responsible for managing and coordinating changes to schedules including assessing, updating and communication adjustments to timelines, ensuring availability of necessary equipment, and minimizing disruptions to filed operations
+ Oversee the export classification process for STS international shipments
+ Manage the efficient unloading and loading of FSE containers, equipment and tools, ensuring proper handling, organization, and safety protocols are adhered to
+ Arrange the preparation of shipping documents, including special handling and customer approvals
+ Address and resolve any critical logistical or coordination challenges that emerge ensuring to minimize disruption and maintain operational efficiency
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
+ Relevant experience with commercial simulation in the aerospace industry is a must.
+ Understanding the role as being mainly installations and integrations. Running in cables, connection and power up, with projector/visual system test acceptance.
+ The ideal candidate will be comfortable with 80% travel, experienced with mechanical assembly as well as network communications and control software.
+ Network skills, ethernet networks and TCPIP configuration setup

The salary range for this role is 56,000 USD - 112,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
