Field Services Lead
Deliver field services projects and programs for successful implementation of service resource skills model and processes management. (governance, risk, quality assurance, issue resolution and reporting) **In this** **role, the incumbent will** + Participate in EUC field service transition activities and assist knowledge gathering and documentation from external customers + Due diligence with customer prior to RFP & BAFO submissions + Create process document of current service for the customer and partner and work closely with our Third Party Partner + Good understanding of Break-Fix, Service Requests, IMAC, Incident, Problem, Configuration management and processes within ITIL. **What** **you’ll** **need to succeed (required** **skills)** + End User Computing IT infrastructure Devices to enable understanding of process and requirements - Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smartphone etc + Microsoft Windows & MAC desktop operating systems efficiency + Strong Vendor Relationship skills + Experience with Retail industry is an asset At Cognizant, we're eager to meet people who believe in our mission and can make an impact in various ways.
