Alle dirette dipendenze del Field Service Manager, il Field Service Technician sarà responsabile dell’organizzazione e dell’esecuzione delle attività di supporto tecnico e sarà basato a Milano (ruolo ibrido).

In questo ruolo, una giornata tipo includerà:

I requisiti essenziali del ruolo includono:

Laurea in ingegneria elettrica o esperienza equivalenteInteresse per la tecnologia, in particolare software e sistemi di telecamereDisponibilità a viaggiare (Italia, Europa e occasionalmente a livello internazionale) fino all 85%, dal lunedì al venerdì – raramente nei fine settimanaPassione per l’apprendimento e lo sviluppo personaleOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta)

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for organizing and executing technical support activities and will be located in Milan (hybrid role). 

In this role, a typical day will look like: 

Field service technician tasks 

Installation of lasers and marking systems 

Installation, repair, and maintenance 

Basic customer training 

Phone support 

 

 

The essential requirements of the job include:

Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience 

Interest in technology, especially software and camera systems 

Willingness to travel (Italy, Europe, and occasionally internationally) up to 85%, Monday to Friday – rarely on weekends 

Enjoy learning and personal development 

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
