**Field Service Technician – Mechanical / Electrical**
**Location:** US-based, 80% travel within the United States
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled **Field Service Technician** with both **mechanical and electrical expertise** to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment at customer sites.
+ Perform routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
+ Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
+ Work independently and communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
+ Complete service documentation, expense reports, and time sheets accurately.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ 4+ years of hands-on mechanical and electrical service experience.
+ Proficiency in **PLC troubleshooting, control voltage wiring, VFDs, and high-voltage systems** (preferred).
+ Mechanical skills including welding, fabrication, bearing/shaft replacement, gearbox installation, and conveyor system work.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
+ Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
+ Self-motivated and adaptable to different customer environments.

**Pay Details:** $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
