This hands-on role requires a self-directed problem solver with strong electrical and mechanical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the flexibility to travel frequently on short notice.Technicians are expected to troubleshoot complex issues in the field, communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and third-party inspectors, and execute repairs efficiently with limited oversight.
