Manpower is proudly partnering with a leading HVAC systems manufacturer to hire an experienced Field Service Technician. This full-time, direct hire opportunity offers a strong compensation package, career growth, and the chance to work with cutting-edge HVAC technologies in the public transit sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support and advice on complex HVAC service issues. Investigate and resolve technical field problems; recommend and initiate corrective actions. Perform repairs, conduct field testing, and analyze failed components. Collaborate with Service Manager to determine failure modes and root causes. Assess and determine warranty liability on equipment failures. Evaluate and process non-standard warranty claims based on company policies. Conduct audits of HVAC equipment installations and repairs at dealer sites to ensure quality. Deliver technical training (both in-house and in the field) for new equipment and dealer onboarding.Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system repairs. Proficiency in electrical systems and reading technical drawings. EPA Refrigeration Certification Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
