**Job Title: Field Service Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated controls technician to join our start-up group. You will be responsible for providing both service and installation support to our current customers, primarily focusing on retrofitting construction projects. The work involves transitioning systems to a new platform.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform service and installation tasks for current customers.
+ Support retrofitting construction projects by transitioning systems to new platforms.
+ Collaborate with various subcontractors to ensure smooth installation processes.
+ Troubleshoot and program building automation and control systems.
+ Commission Siemens and other automation systems to ensure proper functionality.
**Essential Skills**
+ 4-5 years of experience in controls.
+ Proficiency in building automation and control systems.
+ Strong knowledge of construction, electrical, and mechanical systems.
+ Experience with Siemens control, Delta, and Ecostructures.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Proficiency in specific systems as required.
+ Knowledge of building operations.

**Work Environment**
Work at various sites around the Richmond, VA area. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
