Job Description
Join a dynamic team where you will support the product team by performing on-site service and installation of specialized equipment. You will also be responsible for creating quotes, selling products, and developing customer relationships.
ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site service and installation of equipment.Create quotes and potentially sell products.Develop and maintain customer relationships.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.Retrofit and install machines and equipment.Essential SkillsAt least an Associate Degree in Engineering.Minimum of 3 years experience in PLC and HMI troubleshooting on automated equipment.At least 2 years of field service experience.Ability to travel up to 70%.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.Experience with paper mill or converting equipment.Familiarity with Allen Bradley Contrologix PLCs and Panelview HMIs.Willingness to consider entry-level candidates with proven school experience in PLC and control technology setup and troubleshooting.Ability to obtain a passport.Work Environment
Experience a large company environment known in the paper industry. The office maintains engineering and design capabilities along with support functions. While working in the office, expect a business casual atmosphere. On the road, you will be in paper mills and converting operations, which can be hot, dirty, and loud.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
