Role summary:

We are a dynamic company specializing in control valve technology with an international client portfolio. Our solutions help improve processes in various sectors. To continue growing and provide the best service to our customers, we are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

Your Role:

You ensure that our control valves are functioning perfectly for our customers – installation, maintenance, and repair are your specialty!

You are the problem-solver when things go wrong – troubleshooting and resolving faults are part of your daily routine.

You share your knowledge and inspire our customers to use our products optimally.

You document your work and write service reports – that's important to us!

You collaborate closely with our technical support team to resolve complex issues.

Your Profile:

A technical background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a similar field.

Ideally, you already have experience with control valves or similar technologies.

You are willing to travel nationally and internationally – an adventurous spirit is required! It is important that you are willing to be vaccinated for international travel (e.g., yellow fever, typhoid, etc.).

Intercultural competence is a plus to work effectively in diverse environments.

You are autonomous, structured, and always looking for solutions.

Fluency in French are essential.

Good knowledge of English is a plus.

Team spirit and good customer relations are important to you.
