Who You Are:
You have a supervision role when assigned to specific task forces. You advise and lead assigned after-sales services to customers, including diagnosis, upgrades, scale-up, start-up and commissioning, installation, maintenance, repairing, training, and Plant MRO/parts. You need to take a leading role working under close supervision.
You hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments. You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the outstanding needs of different audiences. You build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. You adapt your approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
For This Role, You Will Need: Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related fields Over 0-5 years of service experience in technical/industrial environment Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people and interpersonal skills Good communication skills in both Korean and English Ability to handle urgent and critical situations, and work under pressure Traveling is part of the job as required
