“A Day in the Life”
As a Service Assistant some of your duties include going to customer sites to assist experienced service technicians in installing and repairing modular buildings and training customers on how to properly maintain the buildings. You will also be going alone to customer sites to perform maintenance and service requests as needed. You will perform trial runs of any machinery (including HVAC systems) to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications. Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
“What You’ll Do”
Performs troubleshooting, maintenance service, repairs and construction in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical in the field; generally in the company of a service technician but also will go out to customer sites alone to perform maintenance and service requestsAlongside a qualified service technician, performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systemsResponsible for the safety, quality and productivity of themselves at all customer locationsResponsible for positive interface with the customer and ensuring the company’s reputation is improved with every customer contactPerform other duties as assigned
