Your Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics Baltics where you can truly make your mark. Our Service & Customer Support team plays an integral role in the provision of after sales service and support to our existing and new customer base, which primarily consists of diagnostic and research laboratories.

Providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Reviewing and approving operational quality of system equipment. Documents and reports all repairs and product failures. Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.

Serving as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

Coordinating with applications, IT solutions, customer service, and other personnel to accelerate repairing and problem solving.

Providing a communication link between the customer and the company to ensure effective service to customers, and handles customer’s complaint.

May promote the sale of service contracts.

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; experience in medical diagnostics service engineering is an advantage.

Strong skills in electromechanical, fluidic, and computer-controlled equipment troubleshooting; persistence in resolving instrument issues is critical.

Detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to prepare thoroughly before job site visits.

Proficient in reading wiring/block diagrams, fluent in Latvian and English, and skilled in Windows, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.

Customer-focused team player with strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a valid driver's license.

Salary starts from 2400 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
