Role Summary:
As a Field Service Rep, you are responsible for coordinating with customers in field issues, warranty complaints and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning, service and repair jobs at customer sites.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Read and evaluate customer specifications and customer requirement documentsBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsSupport customers during site visitsProcess customer complaintsFind, develop and implement technical solutions for special problemsCoordinate with internal and external customers effectivelyPerform in-house and on-site repairs and service activitiesProvide technical support and training as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, including WordSAP knowledge in SD;MM;PPKnowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works or any technical drawing tools are a plusExperience serving customers in oil & gas, power, chemical, water and other general industriesWillingness to travel as needed to customer sitesBS or BA Degree in relevant field and with minimum of 2 years relevant experienceSabahan is an added advantage.
