In this position, you can expect a variety of tasks where it is important to always keep an overview.

Please note that the place of work is in our QRC in Stade / Agathenburg every day - an on-site presence is essential.

Creating cost estimates and discounts as specified and scheduling ordersOrder processing and order acceptance in German and EnglishCreating offers for standard products according to specified listsCustomer advice and support in German and EnglishPlanning and scheduling service callsCustomer visitsComplaints processingCreating cost estimatesCreating documentation for the customerChecking the credit limit in collaboration with accounting

Your profile:

Training in the metal technology or industrial mechanics field with further training as a master craftsman / technicianHigh affinity for the technical and commercial fieldHands-on mentality when solving our customers' technical problemsHigh level of commitment and flexibility as well as excellent communication skills and enthusiasmFluent written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantageGood knowledge of MS Office programs as well as SAP and CRM tools
