Field Service Representative - IZMIT

Location: Izmit, Turkey

You can be based in: Izmit or Asian part of Istanbul

You will need to speak and write fluently in: English and Turkish

Veolia WTS is seeking a technically proficient Field Service Representative to join our team in Turkey. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge water and process treatment technologies, providing essential technical support to our valued customers in the petrochemical sector.

What are the Day-to-Day Duties?

Conduct water and process analysis at customer sitesMonitor and ensure accurate product dosing systemsManage on-site inventory controlProvide technical reporting to customers and internal stakeholdersExecute agreed service plansParticipate in pilot and field trialsService refinery and chemical accountsPerform first-line troubleshootingCollaborate with technical functions and industry leads

Qualifications

Preferred skills and experience

BSc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or relevant technical discipline, or industry experienceKnowledge of petrochemical water/process treatment technologiesExperience with water/process laboratory analysisStrong technical problem-solving abilitiesValid driving licenceComputer literacyStrong communication skillsTeam-oriented approach Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) focused mindset
