Descrição do empregoWe are seeking a dynamic Field Service Representative to join our Engineered Solutions team, focusing on delivering exceptional water treatment solutions. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute system installations, startups, and commissioning of advanced water treatment equipmentLead preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairsConduct comprehensive site assessments and water quality analysisProvide expert technical consultation and troubleshooting servicesManage customer relationships and deliver detailed performance reportsEnsure compliance with quality standards and EH&S regulationsSupervise contractor activities and coordinate with project teamsParticipate in technology validation and field testing initiativesDrive continuous improvement in service delivery and system efficiencyHabilitaçõesBachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical preferred)Proven experience in industrial water treatment systemsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilitiesAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellence in project management and documentationOutstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
