Compensation Data
+ Base Salary: $28 - $38 per hour
+ Eligible for Annual Bonus
+ Eligible for Annual Salary Review/Increase

Kalmar Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Representative- Level 1 with a strong background in electrical systems, and working knowledge of mechanical, electromechanical, and hydraulic systems. In this customer-facing role, you will support global clients through hands-on service, diagnostics, and repairs for container handling and heavy industrial equipment. The position requires frequent international travel, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

What you bring to the role:
+ Qualifications : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro Mechanical Technology or related field preferred or equivalent technical experience
+ Technical Expertise : Proven skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems on industrial and port equipment including RTG’s, STS’s and terminal tractors; experience installing/commissioning electrical and electromechanical components;
+ Customer Focus : Ability to deliver exceptional onsite and remote service through clear communication, detailed reporting, and a problem-solving mindset. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and will deliver technical training and guidance for customer maintenance staff
+ Safety Commitment : Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your team.
+ Proactive Attitude : A self-driven approach to tackling challenges and continuously improving your skills.
