The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Field Service Manager for our program at Fayetteville, NC. This position will be responsible for providing customer support through the performance of on-site product/solution installation and sustainment. This includes overseeing and/or performing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

Checks out and approves operational quality of solution components.

Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the solution.

Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.

Interprets customers' needs, defines next steps, and clarifies the assignment of responsibility for problem resolution as needed. Includes any aspect of field support and is not limited to system hardware, software, network, and other technical infrastructure components.

Maintain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tracking of various materials as needed.

Maintain Training Event Database, SOCS Tech Support Section SharePoint Site, SOCS Tech Schedule, SOCS Event Documentation, Track and provide Program Metrics and Follow all CACI and SOCS Program Processes and Policies to complete taskings, provide feedback when deviation is required.


Qualifications:

Required: 

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Fourteen (14) years of hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter CSISR systems to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.

Must have an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

Knowledgeable of basic networking topologies.

Knowledgeable in the use of Cisco and Linux utility commands.

Knowledgeable in software and firmware upgrading.

Knowledgeable in the proper usage of Test Measure Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).

Good verbal, listening and writing skills.

The ability to read understand signal and electrical schematics.

The ability to quickly troubleshoot signal flow, isolation of communication stoppage, and the ability to correct of the fly.

Strong technical expertise on the SDN Family of Systems (FOS).

Clear and concise communication skills, flexibility, decision making, and time management.

Knowledgeable in handing of COMSEC equipment and Cross domain.

Knowledgeable in clearing router and switch of configuration.

Knowledgeable in inspecting LAN and WHN infrastructures and the ability to correct minor problems.

The ability to provide technical direction to units and operators on network peripherals usage.

Ability to maintain Top Secret security clearance

Must be able to pass a CRC deployment physical.

Self-starter ad proven experience of accomplishing the mission with minimal oversight.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Experience configuring cisco routers and switches Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$58,500 - $122,800
