ACT is currently seeking a Field Service Manager to join their team. The Field Services Manager is responsible for the management, overall coordination, and scheduling of all the field service personnel, ensuring a safe, quality solutions for our clients. This position may be required to split time between office and field settings as project load requires. This position will report to Office Manager at the Titusville location. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Effectively manage and communicate job expectations to all field service team members, including Field Supervisors, Field Team Leads, CDL Drivers, Equipment Operators and Field Technicians. • Coordinate with Project Managers, Jobsite Managers (JSMs), and field staff to ensure the workload is being executed via the job pack and in an efficient manner; focus on using the appropriate resources to achieve the goal of completing the work on time and within project budget. • Assist in the preparation of project job packs as needed. • Responsible for promoting ongoing and complete communication between Project Managers (PMs) and field teams. • Ensure safety policies and procedures are being followed and be familiar with USDOT regulations. • Document any performance, attendance or other issues that may arise so that issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. • Assist PMs in identifying scope of work changes. • Manage staff levels, hours, and utilization of Field Service Team at assigned service center. • Ensure all Raw Data (employee timesheets, receipts, jobsite notes, JHA form and manifests) from the previous day are legible, accurate and meet paperwork requirements/quality standards. Ensure all paperwork is turned in daily. • Assist in organizing and maintaining the scheduling system (Teams: Shifts) to support identified projects and training in relation to staff availability, skill sets, available equipment, and materials. • Communicate customer issues with the Office Manager and devise ways of improving customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. • Work closely with the Corporate Field Operations Director and Office Manager to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation. • Inform management of risks affecting project profit, costs, schedules, and client relations. • Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on reworked schedules. • Coordinate with the Fleet/Assets Department to ensure that equipment is prepared, ready for use, and returned to the warehouse in an organized fashion per policies and procedures after use. • Ensure the field portion of the project is executed from beginning to end, making sure all field assets are available and ready when the project starts. • Ensure that pre and post project evaluation meetings with all applicable personnel are occurring. • Responsible for ensuring that vehicle pre-trip and post trip inspections are completed daily via Fleetio and Samsara. • Work with Driver Compliance Administrative Assistant to collect information and documentation to establish and maintain up to date DQ files. • Manage conflict, employee morale and employee performance, involving the Office Manager or Regional Field Services Manager as needed. • Ability to prepare and deliver Employee Evaluations with Field Supervisor(s) and Office Manager.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s Degree or 2-year college degree and 5 years of experience, environmental industry experience preferred. • 5+ years of experience leading employees in an environmental emergency response setting or similar environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
