We’re looking for a Field Service Manager to join our Service team in Mascot, Sydney. In this position, you will supervise and co-ordinate the activities of field technicians in our Service team, using your ability to manage people and resources, engage proactively with customers and motivate and inspire your team.

Planning and delivering repair/maintenance worksMonitoring material inventory control and technician rosteringManaging performance and skill development of the teamSpending time out in the field developing business relationshipsDevelop and maintain customer satisfactionAre you the one?
Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications desirablePrevious experience in a fast paced service environmentFull drivers’ licenceProven success in coordinating multiple tasks across multiple teamsStrong commitment to safety in the workplaceAbility to interact with customers and ensure positive impactHigh emotional intelligenceWhat do we offer?
