Field Service Engr II
As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. Key Responsibilities + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers + Conduct equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance + Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction + Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation YOU MUST HAVE + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics + Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions + Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills + Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders + Experience in project management and execution + Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships WE VALUE + Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) + Strong leadership and mentoring skills + Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements + Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion + Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
