The T&M specialist is responsible for managing the technical handling of all T&M (intervention request) from A to Z
Key Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the field service leader who manages service contracts
- Together with the administrative team he supports getting the PO, invoice request and handling disputes including receiving PO, invoice request and disputes
- Is required to provide support and tasking direction to the assigned service technician, Field service leaders and sub-contractors. This support will consist of service related technical tasks, administrative tasks, forecasting, planning, invoicing
- Daily tasks: contacting customers, planning interventions, sending reports,
- The T&M specialist reports to the Field Service Manager
Qualifications:
Fluently speaking and writing in at least Dutch, English, French
Work area: Wilrijk 60% / Diegem 20% Kortrijk 20%
