1. Provide site service for Honeywell DCS &SIS system and related products.
2. Provide system implementation and commission support.
3. Provide process control and application support.
4. Work with service account manager to find out new business chances.
5. Build good relationship with customer and enable customer satisfaction.
6. Extend tech support on Network structure, cyber security, and safe operation.
7. Provide technical support on Virtual Machine, both Hardware and Software.
8. Provide SCADA system support.
9. Internally team work closely with Project Manager, Lead Engineer, Account
manager.
10. Job scope contains emergency/spot services, annual contract service and service
projects site service, including routine service jobs, engineering jobs, customer training
and so on.
and knowledges on DCS and SIS.
2. Programming skill: Strong technical background on Hardware and Software of
computer; familiar with application program for process automation.
3. At least 3 years’ relevant experience in DCS (Honeywell DCS preferred) or SIS.
4. working under pressure to face the challenge.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Can read and write English skilfully.
7. Candidates who have working experience in well-known DCS vendors will be
given priority, such as Emerson, Hollysys, SUPCON, Yokogawa, Siemens, ABB,
