The ideal candidate will live in the West of Scotland and will be expected to travel around the Central Belt as well as supporting our customers in the Western Isles.

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the trusted expert delivering our high standards directly to customers – installing, maintaining, and repairing Canon multifunctional office printers and finishing products to the highest standards. You’ll work independently in the field while being supported by a collaborative and inclusive team.

- Deliver high- quality service with a strong focus on first time fixes

- Manage and optimize car stock inventory

You will need

What we’re looking for

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills (electrical/mechanical)
- A customer-first mindset and great communication skills
- Confidence using IT systems and managing your time effectively
- Some experience of Microsoft 365 would be an advantage
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and development
- Full UK driving licence

Salary - dependent on experience and skill levels

Locaion - Field Based

Additinal - To Support our planet and people, by the way of reducing the carbon emissions across our service organisation we are currently transitioning our engineers fleet to EV. Our company car fleet as a mixture of EV or Hybrid vehicles.
