We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Field Service Engineer (m/f/d) to join our engineering team at Chemspeed Technologies, supporting our customers through installations, maintenance, technical training.
Responsibilities Perform installations, preventive maintenance visits, corrective visits at customer site.Perform trainings internally and externally to customers, distributors.Contact person for our customers, service calls, installations, maintenance and repairs of our high-tech automation systems.Providing technical advice to external and internal customers to ensure maximum operability and 100% customer satisfaction.Close co-operation with our development department, our automation chemists and sales managers to provide the customer with optimum technical support.You recognize and actively communicate the needs and requirements of our customers to the research and development department.You support production and organize final tests of devices.Train customers, distributors and new or third-party service technicians; assist in the creation and conclusion of service contracts.Sale of consumables and upgrades.
