This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

Work model: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ABB analyzers and analytical systems, both in the workshop and on customer sites
• Provide technical support to customers and the Sales team, ensuring high-quality and reliable service
• Conduct installation checks, adjustments, and testing, following strict procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Participate in department-wide missions, including on-call duties, and ensure proper reporting and feedback documentation

Qualifications for the Role

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in physics measurement, instrumentation, or control systems (infrared analysis specialization preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in the industrial sector, ideally in a field service or customer-facing role
• Proficiency with Windows-based IT tools and valid electrical certifications (H2VB2V BR)
• Good technical English comprehension for communication with manufacturing sites
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong autonomy, customer service mindset, organizational skills, adaptability, and professionalism
• Team player with intercultural sensitivity and a strong customer and market orientation
