Field Service Engineer
Located around the M62 Corridor, United Kingdom
Your Tasks
Carry out customer visits assigned by the Service Administration team, including the scheduling and customer communicationPerforming a variety of calibrations on a range of manufacturers material test equipment to UKAS standardsProviding installation, maintenance, training and calibration services to customers on their MTS systemsPreparation of visit, calibration, installation and service reports with a keen eye for detail Supporting the Sales and Operations departmentsEnsuring compliance with the quality system, health and workplace safety regulations, legal regulations, CE requirements, as well as internal, technical guidelines to prevent health and financial riskMaintaining costs within budgetYour Qualifications
Degree or similar in electrical or mechanical engineering Calibration experience in a similar environmentExperience in customer support and field serviceKnowledge and understanding of hydraulic and electro-mechanical systemsExcellent written and spoken communication skillsClean driving licenseWillingness to travel, be flexible and work independently as well as a team playerA friendly, approachable, customer-centric attitude and approach
