You will be accountable for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and dedication to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our operations and the growth of our business. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical facilitation and service. 1. Identifies and develop opportunities for business growth cooperating actively with sales to progress them having an active and influential role with the customer to develop the solution. Actively engages with sales to pursue the opportunities (actively generates sales leads) 2. System upgrades and modifications (Installation/configuration/implementation & commissioning) of Honeywell’s product range including Industrial control & safety systems, 3rd party DCS Systems or SCADA products to meet customer specifications. performs systems modification and upgrades (of different level of complexity according to job qualification) 3. Keep technically current with the HPS networking and wireless product/systems portfolio, while maintaining expert knowledge on specific designated network disciplines. System diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation for rectification of system issues. 4. Maintain the customer equipment to the required standard regularly performs preventive & corrective maintenance and promptly intervene on maintenance needs. Deliver promptly against Service Request, respecting agreed timing as per GSM process 5. 1. Provides 24/7 support for assigned clients as per the Stand-By Roster issued Monthly. 2. Remains prepared by ensuring that respective site ID’s are maintained 6. Adopt and adhere to global standard in terms of tracking of actions (tools and timing) and promptly submit timesheets and billable work to ensure on time invoicing 7. Meet the Corporate, customer and legal obligations of Health, Safety and Environment (trainings, use of PPEs and safety observations). 1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Electronic Systems/ Industrial Automation/ Electrical/ Cyber engineer/ Computer engineer/ cyber security science 2. Flexible individual with great adaptability skills Good written and oral communication Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with anti-virus systems, backup & restore solutions, system management Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements Strong problem-solving and thoughtful abilities Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
