As a Field Service Engineer – Growth, you will be at the heart of that mission. More than just a technical expert, you will act as a trusted partner to our customers, delivering exceptional service support while playing a direct role in driving business growth across the region. What will you be doing?
Provide first and second-level technical support to customers and distributors via phone and email.
Install and decommission medical hardware on-site.
Conduct troubleshooting and basic preventive maintenance (PM) at customer locations.
Deliver basic technical training to end-users.
Promote and support the sales of service contracts and accessories.
What will you need to be successful?
Technical or biomedical education.
Valid driver’s license.
1–3 years of experience, preferably in the medical devices or technology industry.
Proficiency in using SAP, ERP/CRM platforms is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Experience working in a matrix organization.
