Field Service Engineers provide on-site installation, repair, modification, and preventative maintenance of all Stereotaxis technology in hospital surgical environments, along with remote diagnosis and support of these activities. Essential Responsibilities:
•Diagnose, install, repair, modify, and perform preventative maintenance of all Stereotaxis technology
•Interface with customers to obtain accurate details of the equipment service needs and provide updates regarding the progress of the service/installation
•Create or modify service documentation such as installation, service, periodic maintenance, and troubleshooting manuals
•Maintain reporting documentation to ensure compliance with company and government requirements. Examples include expense reports, field service reports, complaint handling, etc.
•Perform remote support and diagnosis when not actively deployed in the field
