Apply today! http://jobs.thermofisher.com_** **Field Service Engineer - Digital Software Support** + **Location:** Yongin Giheung and Field + **Coverage:** Software + **Clients:** mainly Semicon and others **Key Responsibilities** + Maintain, repair equipment, ensure flawless operation. + Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair services on Thermo Fisher Scientific equipment. + Ensure all service activities are completed accurately and in a timely manner. + Provide outstanding customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns efficiently. + Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions. + Conduct training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment. + Collaborate with internal teams to successfully implement solutions and improvements. + Travel to customer sites to perform service tasks, strictly adhering to safety and compliance guidelines. + Field software support, workflow and DSE capability **Qualifications and Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field. + Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role. + Strong technical skills and understanding of complex equipment. + Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. + Willingness to travel frequently within South Korea. _Why Thermo Fisher Scientific?_ _At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we value integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.
