You will cover the clients across Leeds, Sheffield and York areas with occasional further travel as required. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Planned Preventative Maintenance Tasks and daily reactive calls in line with agreed Service Level Agreements + Work closely with Management to develop Life Cycle planning through Legacy upgrades + Ensure documentation compliance + Good financial awareness in the provision and completion of small work proposal + Maintaining the plant controls to a high standard + Generate additional revenue through small works quotes such as software enhancements / additional monitoring. **KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:** + Previous experience in HVAC and HVAC Controls + Experience in BMS engineering + Knowledge of the Honeywell / Tridium / Trend platform or similar systems + Good understanding of software strategy with head end and system integration knowledge + Experience in protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus, Modbus + Good problem-solving skills + Customer focused with the ability to work well as part of a team + Network experience would be beneficial **OUR OFFER:** + Competitive salary and generous benefits + Reward scheme for successful upselling of products and services + Work for a well-known brand with a continued focus on innovation and growth We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
