Videojet Technologies'teki Saha Servis Mühendisi, müşterilerimize destek sağlamada ve "maksimum çalışma süresi - iç huzuru" hedefimize ulaşmamızda hayati bir rol oynar. Bu pozisyon, Videojet ekipmanlarının kurulumu, onarımı ve bakımıyla sorumludur.

Başvuruda bulunacak adayların Samsun, Ordu veya Trabzon şehirlerinden birisinde ikamet etmeleri beklenmektedir.

Bu rolde, tipik bir gün şu şekilde geçer:

Yeni Videojet çözümlerinin kurulumu ve devreye alınması

Mevcut Videojet cihazlarının bakım ve servis işlemleri

Videojet denemeleri ve demo çalışmaları için satış ekibiyle yakın iş birliği

Müşteri ilişkilerini mükemmel hizmet ve iletişim ile sürdürmek ve geliştirmek

Pozisyon için gerekli temel nitelikler:

Müşteri sahasında veya uzaktan (telefonla) verilen saha servis deneyimi

2-3 yıllık markalama ve kodlama, endüstriyel otomasyon veya benzeri sektörde deneyim

Otomasyon / PLC iletişimi konusunda deneyim

Kişisel hedeflerinde başarı ve hedeflerin üzerinde performans

Tercihen yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce bilgisi

Türkiye genelinde seyahat etmeye istekli olmak

The Field Service Engineer at Videojet Technologies plays a key and vital role in supporting our Customers and ensuring that our ‘Up Time Peace of Mind’ goal is achieved. They are responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing the range of Videojet Equipment.

The three main locations for this position are: Samsun, Ordu and Trabzon.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Install and commission new Videojet solutions

Maintain and Service our customers’ installed base of Videojet equipment

Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations

Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Field Service Experience at customer sites or remotely via phone

Experienced within 2-3 years the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related industry

Experienced within automation / PLC communication

Demonstrated success in overachieving on personal targets

Preferably fluent in written and spoken English

Willingness to travel within Turkiye
