Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance on Radiometer analyzers according to guidelines provided by Radiometer.

This position is part of the Service team located in the Benelux and will be a hybrid position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Perform repairs, revisions, maintenance on Radiometer Benelux (RBNL) instruments or IT solutions at customers site or at the RBNL service workshop and creates a service report in CRM of every service action.Contributes to the weekend service and standby duty.Performs service training to customers.Follows instructions and performs activities as instructed in Field Action Notes, Technical Updates, Service Tips etc.Prepares instruments for demonstration or delivery and installs instruments at customers.Exchanges relevant information with account managers and other service staff.Participates in DBS (Danaher Business System) training and applies DBS in daily work.Collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Customer Care departments.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor / HBO education in Electronics/Electromechanics or similar Laboratory technologyBasic knowledge of IT (hardware, network technologies)Business fluent in Dutch and EnglishMust be in possession of driving license BSouth of the Netherlands.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Field Service in Medical environmentWork experience as lab technologist
