Key responsibilities

Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independentlyIdentifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity for Motors&GeneratorsConsulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelinesCreating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutionsHSE procedure has to be followedCoordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviewsIdentifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methodsFrequent domestic travelling will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. Very punctual international travelling might also be required for training purposes or special customersLiving ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical/Electronic  or mechanical engineeringMinimum 3 years of experienceKnowlodge for vibration measurement and analysis (CAT I certificated) will be considered an advantageKnowlodge Electrical test and mechanical Maintenance  for industrial HV/LV Motor&GeneratorAdvanced level of English, both written and spokenTurkish knowledge is a mustGood knowledge of MS Office applicationsProven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skillsFlexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates. Only on specific and pre-fixed schedule, availability to work during weekends and public holidays to provide 7/24 support. Up to 70% travel requiredDriving license at least type B
