Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems utilizing advanced Direct Digital Control (DDC) technology. You will serve as a local contact for technical issues, leading in the field and offering effective solutions for increasingly complex system issues. Additionally, you will deliver turnkey projects on small to medium scale, ensuring systems, including controls, sensors, and software, operate properly. Your role will also involve loading software, configuring trends, alarms, and reports, managing time effectively to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing site-specific training to owners/operators on the complete system.

•\tProvide turnkey project delivery on small to medium projects.
•\tEnsure proper operation of systems, including controls, sensors, and software.
•\tLoad software, configure trends, alarms, and reports.
•\tImplement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
•\tCommunicate and document the status and details of projects for the customer.
•\tProvide site-specific training to owners/operators on the complete system.
Essential Skills
•\t2+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), Controls, HVAC, or a technical field.
•\tExperience with building automation software, such as WebCTRL.
•\tBasic knowledge of navigating and integrating into a variety of building automation systems.
•\tAdvanced knowledge of TCP/IP networks, including wireless technology.
•\tAbility to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
•\tEnglish verbal and written communication skills.
•\tProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS), Controls, HVAC, or a technical field.
2+ years Experience with building automation software, such as WebCTRL
2+ years automation and controls installs and troubleshooting
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
