The Field Service Engineer is responsible for Compliance & Safety, Installation/Commissioning, Maintenance/Repairs, Technical Support and Reporting.

This position reports to the Area Service Manager, Singapore and is part of the ASEAN Equipment Services Team  and will be an on-site role.  

What you will do:

Responsible in performing on-site installation, qualification, commissioning, repair and plan maintenance for Cytiva’s equipment.Providing quality services as per company’s service guidelines and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set forth in your respective team. And adhere to company health and safety guidelines.Working closely with service sales in preparing proposals/recommendations to customers.Timely and proper input of services performed in the company’s database (CRM)Collaboration and working closely with cross functional teams (commercial, logistics, product and leadership) to enhance customer experience

Who you are:  

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience preferably in the Life Sciences or Biotech industry with a strong background in engineering. Automation experience/knowledge is a plus.Ability to work with limited supervision and with good problem-solving skills when faced with complex issues.Strong work ethics and able to maintain good rapport with customers and internal team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other ASEAN language is a plus.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Able to travel extensively and on short notice across Singapore and ASEAN.Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

1-2 years in Life Sciences / Biotechnology Industry
