Field Service Engineer

Sonix™, Inc, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ralliant Corporation. **Position Summary:** Coordinate, perform and present application analysis of customer products, demonstrate system and software capabilities to the customer, conduct system installation, trainings and buyoff. Provide support on our equipment at customer sites, as necessary. **Essential Functions:** + Perform application studies of customer samples and submits to the customer an applications report outlining findings. + Develop testing procedures to effectively address and meet customer expectations of the testing. + Conduct customer trainings. + Travel within the USA and sometimes internationally, as necessary up to 40%. + Responsible to stay informed of the latest technology and applications that Sonix offers. + Attends classes/events as needed. + Perform other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor or top-level management. **Education, Experience and Skills Required:** + Degree in a Technical field (Electrical and/or Mechanical), Physics, Applied Sciences or Engineering or equivalent education or experience. + Strong computer, written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills. Strong written/communication skills in English is a requirement. + Strong problem-solving skills are required and are key to success. + 1-3 years of experience in a related field. + Ability to organize work, and to meet deadlines. + Knowledge of ultrasonic inspection and microelectronics is a large plus.
